All of the following conditions are met (1 trip detection logic):

  • Engine running (except during engine cranking).
  • No malfunction in the LIN communication system.
  • Alternator speed is less than 560 rpm.
  • EXC circuit is ON.
  • Fan and generator V belt
  • V-Ribbed belt tensioner assembly
  • Generator assembly wiring
  • Generator assembly
