PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR

(a) Check that there is no looseness at the locking and connecting parts of the AWD ECU assembly connector.

OK:

No looseness at the locking and connecting parts

(b) Disconnect the O119 and O120 AWD ECU assembly connectors.

(c) Check the connector case and the terminal for deformation and corrosion.

OK:

No deformation or corrosion

(d) Connect the O119 and O120 AWD ECU assembly connectors.

NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK

2.

CHECK AWD WARNING MESSAGE

(a) According to the display on the GTS, perform the Active Test and check the Data List "AWD Warning Light" turns ON/OFF.
